Who you are

  • They are strong communicators, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. They are self-starters who are always looking for ways to improve. They are independent, resourceful, trustworthy, and reliable
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a HRBP
  • Deep understanding of HR programs including performance management and leadership development
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of complex strategic discussions
  • Knowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with global HR practices and policies, experience working with Israel and Latin America teams a plus
  • Analytically driven; you utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) up and down the organization, from individuals and department leads to C-Suite

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner who is passionate about driving the alignment of People (HR) and business strategies, being a trusted advisor to leaders and having the ability to create positive relationships with Duders (employees) throughout the organization
  • They will partner with Duda’s Commercial business leaders, including the CRO, VPs, Directors, and Managers, to advise, strategize, and help drive all things People related, including talent development, coaching, performance management, organizational design, and Duder relations
  • Reporting to our Global VP of People and Talent, the ideal candidate has strong business acumen and the ability to translate company and commercial strategies and goals into practical and actionable plans to drive an engaged and high-performing culture.
  • Develop HR strategy, solutions and strategic workforce plans to enable the business and functional strategy and objectives
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through talent and organizational capabilities and culture
  • Develop robust talent management plans and drive culture change initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage strong and diverse talent
  • Coach leaders at various levels on complex leadership and talent opportunities including development, engagement, and performance management which could have the potential to create a competitive advantage for the business
  • Build credibility and trust among Duders and leaders. Resolve concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear communication and timely follow-through that aligns with Duda’s Values
  • Partner with the broader People team to ensure high quality implementation of critical operating rhythms such as performance management, compensation and succession planning, leveraging resources as appropriate
  • Partner with business leaders to implement the most effective and optimized organizational structures, with an eye for longer-term growth and stability
  • Other duties as assigned

Alongside a website builder that rivals competitors WordPress and Wix in terms of ease of use, Duda offers a raft of collaboration and analytics tools. As eCommerce continues to get more popular, these features have been particularly valued by Duda's customer base and have fuelled a large part of the company's growth.

Duda reports that 60% of its customers are WordPress migrants, suggesting it is successfully wrestling a niche market share off of a big-name competitor. It continues to improve its offering, for example through the acquisition of Snipcart, a startup that enables businesses to add a shopping cart to their websites.
