Who you are
- This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, B2B workflows, and stakeholder management in complex business environments
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or procurement
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working with APIs, integrations, and large-scale systems (ERP experience is a plus)
- Proven success shipping complex B2B products with measurable business impact
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable solutions
- Excellent collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Implementation
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key features within our enterprise logistics platform
- You will work at the intersection of supply chain operations, ERP integrations, and supplier collaboration to deliver solutions that make our customers’ logistics workflows smarter, faster, and more reliable
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for your portfolio, aligning it with the company's goals and market trends. Lead the product roadmap planning and prioritization process
- Market and Customer Research: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify market needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product innovation
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, implementation, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers. Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
- Data Interoperability: Work with ERP and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability with systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite,and others
- Real impact: Help solve high-stakes problems in global supply chains that affect everything from production schedules to customer satisfaction
- Ownership & influence: Take the lead on major product initiatives with end-to-end responsibility and visibility across teams
- Supportive culture: Collaborate with a team that values curiosity, transparency, and shared success

SourceDay provides companies with supply chain management software which automates communication between buyers and suppliers and integrates with any ERP (enterprise resource planning) system.
Founded in 2013 and already well established, SourceDay’s growth predates the current supply chain crunch, which is feeling the effects of growing demand, labor shortages, and geopolitical issues.
That being said, the fact that the company has completed a number of major funding rounds since 2020 highlights that it’s in a strong position to capitalise on a turbulent market. The company is now eyeing a period of rapid growth, partnering with companies like cloud-based Accounts Payable solution Medius to accelerate supply chain management operations.
