Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with at least 6+ years in a closing role
- 3+ years in the software industry, ideally in SaaS and/or Ecommerce
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with Enterprise accounts
- Experience in the Marketplace and/or Seller & Brand ecosystem is a strong plus
- Strategic relationship building at C-suite level (VP, EVP, C-level)
- Compelling communication and storytelling ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a conquering spirit
- Strategic planning and execution against ambitious targets
- Collaborative team player who elevates collective performance
- English, native-level proficiency

What the job involves
- You'll be part of our Connect EMEA team led by Jane Barge, VP Connect. Launched in 2020, Mirakl Connect has grown from a network linking sellers and marketplace operators into a comprehensive seller platform with 20,000+ sellers
- The team consists of around 20 people across Europe, spanning Account Executives, Account Managers, Partnerships, and Customer Success, organized to address both SMB and Enterprise clients. Together, you'll be driving Mirakl Connect's expansion in the European brand and marketplace ecosystem
- For Enterprise deals, we run dedicated Deal Clinics to ensure every opportunity gets the right focus, coaching, and support from the team. And when we win, we celebrate together: every closed deal rings the office bell, gets shouted out in our dedicated Slack channel, and is celebrated as a team
- Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise brands across the UK & Nordics, from first pitch to contract signature
- Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to consistently hit revenue targets
- Establish C-suite relationships with VP, EVP, and C-level stakeholders in the fashion and brands ecosystem
- Partner with Client Success and Account Management teams to set clients up for long-term success post-signature
- Expand Mirakl Connect's footprint and brand presence in the UK & Nordic markets

Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this: if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
