Role
Who you are
- 5–15 years of enterprise sales in SaaS, Martech, or Market Research
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ACV $75K+) with long sales cycles
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
- Great if you have a strong network or background in market research, insights, or consulting
- High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win
- Excellent communication skills — active listener, persuasive storyteller, and trusted advisor
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, low-politics, high-standards environment

- As a Sales Director at Conveo, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from building pipeline to closing enterprise deals and expanding accounts. You’ll partner directly with the founders to refine our go-to-market strategy while landing and growing some of the world’s biggest brands
- This is a high-impact role where you’ll navigate complex orgs, multi-stakeholder deals, and long sales cycles ($45K-$500K+), selling into industries like CPG, Pharma, Tech, and Financial Services
- Own a defined ICP and territory plan, executing multi-threaded outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads with crisp discovery and problem framing
- Build and maintain 4–5× pipeline coverage to hit and exceed quota
- Lead consultative discovery and run tailored demos tied to customer workflows and KPIs
- Navigate complex buying committees (economic buyer, users, procurement, legal) and manage deal timelines
- Negotiate and close clean, scalable contracts; expand initial wins into multi-market, multi-year agreements
- Translate customer pain points into compelling ROI cases
- Stay on top of competitor moves and market trends to sharpen messaging and objection handling
- Capture customer success stories and proof points that strengthen Conveo’s market narrative
- Provide structured product feedback to shape roadmap priorities
- Collaborate on campaigns, content, and sequences to boost funnel conversion
- Maintain crisp CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- What Success Looks Like:
- Qualified pipeline coverage (≥4–5× quota), stage velocity, and win-rate improvements
- Strong win rates (high stage-to-stage conversion, clean qualification/disqualification, and rising expansion (multi-market/multi-year, increased ACV & ARR )
- Referencable customers and repeatable plays we can roll out across the team
Our take
Qualitative research has long been one of the most valuable (and painful) parts of building products and brands. It's slow, expensive, and often skipped altogether, leaving teams to make big decisions without full insight. There's a massive market for better customer understanding and it's only growing, yet traditional methods just aren't keeping up. So, Conveo is stepping in to change that.
It's doing so by acting as an AI-powered research coworker. Instead of weeks of planning, scheduling, interviewing, and analysis, teams can run hundreds of AI-moderated video interviews overnight, and in over 50 languages. The impact of this is huge, saving days or even weeks of work and surfacing insights humans might miss. And crucially, every insight links back to the original transcript, so researchers can trust and verify what the AI finds.
What's especially impressive is how quickly Conveo is gaining momentum. Despite being pretty new to the scene, the company has already raised $5.3M in seed funding. This early traction and a clear vision for what's next (from multimodal interviews to long-term knowledge analysis), positions Conveo as more than just a promising startup.
