Role
Who you are
- Fluency in both English and Dutch is required
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ year owning a full-cycle closing role
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources
- Strong organisational skills and disciplined pipeline management
- High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Demonstrated track record of professional success
What the job involves
- Dandy is scaling internationally, and we’re hiring a Commercial Account Executive in The Netherlands
- This is a high-impact role — not just closing deals, but helping refine and execute the playbook as we continue to expand outside the US
- You’ll join a high-performing global sales org and work closely with senior sales leadership to strengthen Dandy’s presence in this new market
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international market
- This is a hands-on role where execution, curiosity, and grit matter
- Own the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers
- Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition
- Serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy’s NL sales motion, messaging, and processes
- Consistently track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce
- Become a student of dentistry and an expert in Dandy’s product and value proposition
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment
Our take
Dentistry has long relied on outdated practices. Dandy was created to modernize and simplify dental operations by integrating technology into every aspect of the dental practice. Its goal is to streamline workflows, making dental practices more efficient and easier to manage.
While other startups have tried to bring technology to the dental field, Dandy distinguishes itself by understanding the industry's complexity and respecting the way dentists operate. Rather than overwhelming practitioners with a complete overhaul, Dandy introduces new features gradually, such as digitizing dental labs for procedures like crowns and implants.
