Strategic Business Analyst, FreeWill

• 1+ year(s) experience as a management consultant or an analytical role in a dynamic organization
• Strong analytical skills / ability to dive into data: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems and analyzing data to uncover actionable insights. Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data with the ability to synthesize in such a way to inform strategic decision-making
• Deep comfort in using Excel and analytic BI tools (such as Looker)
• Strong communication skills: Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex ideas into clear, concise messaging with a knack for adjusting communication style to suit the context and audience
• Strong project management: Ability to manage and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously - pivoting as needed based on organizational priorities
• Indexing to action: Bias towards moving forward, ensuring that plans quickly translate into meaningful progress – moving initiatives forward while keeping an eye to iterative improvements
• Curiosity: Maintain a constant sense of curiosity, always asking questions and seeking to understand how things work

• The Strategic Business Analyst will be a critical part of driving forward business initiatives through data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution

• This role reports into FreeWill’s Director of Expansion and will support (and ultimately drive) the company’s management of strategic execution and communication
• You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, taking on increasing responsibility, and develop technical and leadership skills
• Lead end-to-end project execution, from problem framing to implementation and performance measurement
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover insights and drive decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executives
• Identify and kickstart process improvements and new opportunities for business impact
