Senior Product Designer, Fixico

• Minimum of 4-5 years of product design experience, ideally within a tech scale-up environment
• Proven ability to balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership; this is not a pure managerial role
• Strong experience in UX research, interaction design, and visual design principles. Experience working within agile product teams is a must
• Ability to work effectively in a lean team environment, contributing directly to design tasks while setting the strategic direction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and influence product direction
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, etc., and experience with design systems is preferred
• A strategic mindset with the ability to look ahead, coupled with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution
