Who you are
- Experienced Builder: You have 2+ years of Deal Operations or Sales Operations experience at a high-growth tech company
- Salesforce Native: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce is a must. Experience with SaaS quote/agreement solutions is a massive plus

What the job involves
- As a Deal Desk Analyst, you aren't just a "support" personâyou are a critical architect of our revenue engine
- Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Operations & Business Process, you will be the frontline strategist for our Sales and Success teams
- Youâll navigate the complexities of unique procurement processes, ensuring our mission-critical technology gets into the hands of those who protect our communities without friction
- Move with Urgency: Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps, providing real-time systems and process support to keep deals moving at "Flock speed."
- Scale the Impossible: Collaborate with Business Systems to execute quarterly sprints that dismantle conventional bottlenecks in our sales tech stack
- Own the Outcome: Become the subject matter expert on Flockâs products, pricing, and programs, ensuring every quote is a masterpiece of accuracy and strategic alignment
- Protect the Mission: Act as the first-line steward for contractual risk management, escalating deviations and ensuring every agreement is principled and compliant
- Build the Playbook: Maintain world-class process documentation and training materials, ensuring our knowledge base evolves as fast as we do
Our take
Public vehicle surveillance provides valuable insights to emergency services for the prevention of crime, but bringing information together to create leads is difficult. There's no standardised system for inter-city vehicle surveillance, and this makes it difficult for communities and law enforcement services to work together.
Flock Safety provides surveillance equipment that aims to improve the abilities of law enforcement and homeowner associations to communicate data with each other. The company focuses on vehicle surveillance, innovating on existing technology by using machine learning to categorise vehicles by color, license plate, state, and other data points.
Whilst automated surveillance equipment is used daily within federal police forces, Flock Safety builds technology systems that provide a means for smaller law enforcement agencies to quantify and share surveillance data easily.
