What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact between Cognism and potential customers
- Ou will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings for our sales team
- Drive Pipeline Growth – Engage with inbound leads to quickly qualify and identify sales opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Master Outbound Prospecting – Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to uncover new business opportunities
- Understand the Customer – Develop a deep knowledge of our ideal customer profile to assess prospect fit and tailor outreach effectively
- Exceed Your Targets – Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas, driving Cognism’s revenue growth
- Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – Stay agile and proactive, quickly adapting to new tools, strategies, and market changes
- Collaborate & Share Insights – Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and share market feedback
