Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in member/patient/consumer digital experiences, product management, product data analytics and design; preferably in healthcare related field
- Minimum 5 years people management through coaching and mentorship
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in managing digital experiences and how that fits into the broader warm touch and email outreach experience
- Proven experience building and aligning a product strategy and roadmap across all levels of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive, natural problem solver
- Demonstrated ability in how digital assets can be leveraged to change user behavior and drive engagement and utilization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage large projects cross functionally and translate digital investment into business benefits
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with time-management skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask
- Must be driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others
What the job involves
- The Sr. Director, Product – Member Experience will report to the VP, Product and be responsible for leading a team focused on the digital member experience
- You will lead a product and design team that owns the Progyny member app and web portal and collaborate closely with product leads responsible for our family building products and the product data analytics team
- In this role you will partner cross organizationally to prioritize investment needed to deliver on an exceptional member experience across our full family building spectrum of products lines that drives high engagement and utilization leading to improved member outcomes
- Coach, lead and grow a product and design team focused on engagement and utilization of the digital experience in support of member satisfaction and outcomes
- Align your team’s strategic roadmap with key stakeholders across the organization
- Scale and grow the Progyny web and mobile experience to support all products and member journeys
- In partnership with Member Services, Marketing, Product and Business Analytics identify strategies to drive engagement and utilization of the digital member experience to engage, support and coach our members with an exceptional experience that includes in-app engagement, email outreach and warm touch experiences through our call center
- Partner with technology on buy vs. build technology decisions
- Partner with Marketing to drive client promotion and utilization of the member app for their employees
- Drive stakeholder alignment across the organization on how we expand engagement and utilization of the digital member experience to achieve member, client and business outcomes
- Collaborate across the product team to algin on investment to support both current and future business needs
