Role
Who you are
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably in a tech start-up environment
- Highly motivated to learn and grow in your career
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; experience with Greenhouse is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start-up environment and will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Work alongside hiring managers on job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse
- Assist in the generation of offer letters and the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
