Who you are
- Proven experience as a VP of Product Management or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a tech industry The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, a proven track record of successfully launching innovative products, and the ability to drive the product strategy aligned with the company’s goals
- A solid technical background and a deep understanding to drive product development in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in bringing innovative products to market and open new markets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends (both B2C and B2B challenges)
- Exceptional team management skills including international Talents (Both IC & Manager)
- Excellent leadership to get alignement with stakeholders
- Excellent communication in both French and English
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Product Management to lead our dynamic product team; As VP of Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle, from ideation to market launch, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market Responsibilities, reporting into our Chief Product Officer are :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions
- Drive a product innovation mindset to stay one step ahead of the market
- Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to launch and beyond
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery
- Foster the team’s velocity, while simultaneously upholding a standard of quality
- Develop a test & learn framework, to get insights and identify opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development
- Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product features and improvements
- Communicate product strategies, updates, and milestones effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Build a strong collaboration with Tech, Design and data teams to get alignment on product goals and priorities
- Develop a international product strategy to launch new markets
- Manage people across the board, to ensure a unique and global direction
