Who you are
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in corporate recruiting or sourcing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful sourcing strategies within a fast-paced environment
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance recruitment processes and candidate management
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to influence and advise key stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships across various levels of the organization

What the job involves
- As a vital part of Pure Storage’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play a strategic role in shaping our Go-to-Market business's future by sourcing and attracting top talent across the AMER region.
- Working alongside a highly driven and experienced GTM recruiting team, you will be expected to champion an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor to our business units.
- This role demands a proactive and creative sourcing strategist who can leverage a variety of channels to build a robust candidate pipeline and support our ambitious growth targets
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source candidates for the Go-to-Market business across AMER, focusing on top-of-funnel recruitment to build a strong pipeline. Utilize traditional and non-traditional channels including diversity networks, alumni groups, professional events, user groups, and social media platforms
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with passive candidates through effective communication and relationship-building strategies, transforming prospects into active candidates. Address candidate concerns and handle objections to foster a positive candidate journey
- Advisory Role: Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to provide insights and strategies for building a strong talent pool. Act as a consultant to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals
- Data Integrity and Systems Management: Ensure high standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Efficiently manage data to track and analyze sourcing effectiveness
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with remote teams across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on recruitment strategies and objectives
