Vice President of Sales / Sales Director, Enthuse

• Proven experience in a director level or above leadership role in sales for a Venture or PE-backed B2B SaaS company
• Experience in setting and executing a vision for the sales function in alignment with organisational goals
• Capable of driving transformation initiatives and adapting strategies to changing market dynamics
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, revenue forecasting, and budgeting
• Skilled in engaging with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders
• Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and market research
