Senior Implementation Manager, HiBob

• In depth knowledge of both implementation and configuration of benefits administration solutions along with US Payroll systems
• Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and ability to meet go-live deadlines
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple customers simultaneously and handling competing deadlines and priorities
• Experience guiding customers through system integrations and providing in-depth training session
• Ability to spot anomalies in payroll processes and enjoy working with numbers, with experience in complex reconciliations
• Good understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap

• In offering expert implementation to HiBob customers you will support their onboarding in resolving issues related to payroll and benefits administration, and be able to offer high quality guidance as a trusted advisor in your field ensuring optimal set up
