1-2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role (experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and productivity tools
Ability to work full-time, in-office, with occasional flexibility for early/late meetings or events

What the job involves

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our leadership team organized, prepared, and focused
You’ll manage scheduling, communications, and operational tasks while being a trusted gatekeeper and problem-solver
This is an in-office role that thrives on high energy, flexibility, and a strong sense of ownership
Manage and optimize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments
Act as the point of contact between executives and stakeholders, managing communications with discretion and professionalism
Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
Assist with office operations, vendor management, and event planning (e.g. team offsites, client meetings)
Support special projects and ad hoc tasks that help the executive team operate more efficiently
Anticipate the needs of leadership and take initiative to solve problems before they arise
