• We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to improve the overall quality and consistency of our product UI. This role will focus on elevating product UI quality (with a primary emphasis on product and some support for marketing), providing backup coverage for our Staff Visual Designer to reduce single-point-of-failure risk, and supporting the accelerated pace of product development as we approach several major Q4 launches.
• You will play a key part in raising the visual bar across both product and marketing experiences, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive, compelling, and high-quality design execution
• Deliver high-quality UI design across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability
• Develop and maintain scalable visual design systems to support rapid product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketing designers
• Translate complex concepts into elegant, accessible, and visually compelling designs
• Collaborate with our Staff Visual Designer to ensure team resilience
• Contribute to both product design initiatives and select marketing design needs
