Role
Who you are
- A strategic designer who understands that great design drives pipeline, adoption, and trust not just aesthetics
- A strong visual storyteller who can translate complex AI-powered products into simple, compelling narratives for home service business owners
- Comfortable in a scrappy, fast-moving startup environment you test, learn, iterate, and aren’t afraid to pivot
- Proactive and collaborative, excited to work cross-functionally and contribute in person with the Austin team
- Systems-minded you build scalable templates and brand consistency rather than one-off assets
- If you love turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that drive real business impact, we’d love to meet you
Desirable
- Three to five years of experience in marketing design, ideally within SMB space
- Strong portfolio demonstrating paid ads, landing pages, product marketing assets, and sales collateral
- Experience designing performance-driven creative and understanding how visuals impact conversion
- Basic front-end implementation skills (HTML/CSS) or experience directly building pages in Webflow or similar tools is essential
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite
- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market campaigns
- Bonus: Experience in home services, FSM, AI-powered products, or communication technology
What the job involves
- We’re growing and looking for a Marketing Designer who can bring our product, brand, and campaigns to life
- This isn’t just about creating graphics. It’s about shaping how small business owners understand, trust, and adopt our platform
- Design and execute campaign creative across paid social, Google Ads, landing pages, email, and webinars
- Support product launches with launch decks, one-pagers, case studies, sales enablement materials, and feature explainers
- Create partnership and event materials that elevate our brand
- Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure visuals align with positioning and customer pain points
- Build scalable templates in design program to empower broader team execution
