Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Norm AI

• 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms and their infrastructure services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Deep understanding of networking fundamentals from software-defined abstractions down to hardware-level configurations and packet routing
• Understanding of data and resource isolation patterns and their appropriate use cases
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of identity and access management across cloud environments
• Ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts to different audiences effectively
