Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on email marketing
- Proficient in brand positioning and messaging
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning and professional development
- Previous experience working in Product Marketing or Customer Lifecycle marketing at a B2C startup
- Native or fluent English speaker
Desirable
- Previous experience with data and web analytics tools
- Practical experience with experiment platforms such as Optimizely
- Practical experience in setting up event-based journeys and campaigns for users
- Degree or background in psychology
- Experience in the UX industry
- Willingness to acquire knowledge in advanced automation and personalization techniques, such as working with Webhooks and customer data platforms
- Highly organized and reliable team player with a customer-focused, growth mindset
- Self-motivated individual
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities may change rapidly
What the job involves
- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will join our marketing team and be responsible for all of Uxcel's email communication with its audience
- Your main focus will be on continuously improving, experimenting, and achieving measurable ROI from your work
- Additionally, you will collaborate with the executive team to craft and refine Uxcel's brand positioning and messaging
- You will then implement this messaging through constant experimentation and improvement across all key touchpoints
- Refine and develop clear, compelling product messaging that sets the product apart in the market
- Create positioning strategies that align with consumer needs and company goals
- Ensure consistent product messaging across all B2C marketing channels
- Improve and manage the Uxcel B2C marketing website pages to increase conversion rates
- Improve and manage all B2C email communications and campaigns
- Conduct ongoing experiments on the Uxcel marketing website and email campaigns to enhance their effectiveness
- Design, implement, and execute product launches and feature launches
- Drive feature adoption campaigns to maximize user activation
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvement
- Collaborate closely with the product team to provide insights for new features or product enhancements
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts
- Provide regular reports on market trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI)

Despite the prominent role of design in creating user-popular websites and apps, the training available to designers is dwarfed by that aimed at development, with little options to pick from. Uxcel supplies an interactive learning platform for designers to train and upskill in UX/UI, empowering them to build their careers in design.
Uxcel was founded in 2019 by a designer, to combat the lack of training resources available to their peers; beginning its life on Instagram delivering pocket-sized interactive learning experiences, with the platform then being launched in 2020. The company offers interactive courses and, uniquely, skill tests, so that users can not only learn but maintain their UX/UI skills. Additionally it supplies hiring resources and other tools for building successful careers in design.
Uxcel has seen good levels of growth, showcasing that it has achieved a strong product market fit, which bodes well for the company’s future. It has received good levels of funding to support this growth, and allow it to develop its product and expand its teams.
