• The STPM acts as the “glue” within the team—aligning project direction and key decision points across all business disciplines. This role partners closely with Design Managers and Engineers, sharing responsibility for delivering NPD products to market
• The STPM owns the “WHAT” (scope, goals, outcomes)
• Design Managers/Engineers own the “HOW” (technical execution)
• The ideal candidate can understand complex technical challenges and translate them effectively for non-technical, cross-functional teams. This person will also contribute to select technical activities while demonstrating strong listening, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Deliver best-in-class (“5-star”) products to market
