Staff / Senior Product Designer, Flo Health

• 10+ years of experience designing consumer mobile apps, with a proven track record of driving high-impact initiatives
• A portfolio that speaks volumes – showcasing deep systems thinking, refined visual craft, and truly user-centered problem-solving
• A razor-sharp eye for interaction design, coupled with a profound understanding of micro-interactions and motion to create seamless, delightful experiences
• Clarity and precision in communication — able to distill complex ideas into clear narratives that influence direction and drive alignment
• Strategic yet hands-on — comfortable shaping a high-level vision while diving into details to ensure design excellence
• Think beyond design — you connect user needs with business goals, technical constraints, and cross-functional priorities to drive well-rounded solutions
