Who you are

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2-3 years working experience with the Salesforce Platform - similar experience with other cloud enterprise platforms may be considered
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure when customer issues arise and deadlines need to be met
Hard working and self-motivated

Desirable

Existing experience in customer facing roles is an asset
Existing experience with mobile application development methodologies, tools and processes is an asset

What the job involves

Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support through direct communication with our customers and partners and through working closely with our product engineering teams
Prepare software demos for our customers and partners which includes installation, configuration and testing of our software and tools
Provide software demos to our customers and partners
Liaise with product engineering teams to respond and resolve support requests and tickets
