Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM systems, automation tooling, or marketing operations
- You’ve built flows and automations in HubSpot and Make.com, ideally, or similar tools like Zapier, Salesforce, Airtable
- You think in systems and enjoy connecting tools and workflows in logical, efficient ways - with a focus on reliability and scalability
- You’re proactive and love simplifying manual processes through automation, always documenting along the way
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You’re comfortable navigating structured data, even if you're not a developer
- You enjoy being part of a collaborative, cross-functional team and take ownership of your domain
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Automation Expert to help evolve Banxware’s internal automation and customer engagement infrastructure
- You’ll play a foundational role in enabling Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams to move faster and more effectively—through scalable systems, smart workflows, and structured data
- You’ll be the go-to person for our HubSpot and Make.com setup, helping us connect tools, reduce manual work, and trigger the right message to the right user at the right time
- Whether it’s building a new lead routing logic, streamlining onboarding, or supporting a product launch with lifecycle flows, you’ll be at the center of making it all work
- Own our CRM infrastructure, including HubSpot and Make.com, and ensure it’s reliable, scalable, and easy for internal teams to use
- Partner with Growth and Marketing to implement and optimize lead generation and growth mechanics
- Build automation workflows across CRM and third-party tools to support core business processes like lead capture, user onboarding, and partner operations
- Maintain clean, well-structured data pipelines between platforms (CRM, product, operations, data warehouse)
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to manage integrations and API-based automation use cases
- Develop clear documentation and train internal stakeholders on CRM tooling
- Monitor and continuously improve system performance, automation reliability, and compliance (including GDPR)

Banking-as-a-service has allowed revolutionary banking products to offer financial services without the infrastructure of a bank. Furthermore, the development of open banking enacted regulations that would give any business consumer data, to allow fintechs to provide services and products that previously only banks could own. Most notable of these offerings are embedded financial services.
Banxware was the first company to offer fully digitalised embedded financial services. This allows any kind of online platform, including marketplaces and payment providers, to offer bank-like services, covering funding, trading, payments, loan management and bank account maintenance. This closes the gap that exists between fintechs and digital platforms with established banks by putting the customer first.

Having raised multiple funding rounds and securing a strategic partnership with PAYONE (a market leader of payment services) and Agicap (a liquidity management and financial planning platform), Banxware looks to be continuing the expansion of its service offerings.
