Who you are

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced assistant or project manager with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture
The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group
3-5+ years of experience providing executive support assistance at sr. executive level
Project management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Calendar
Experience with event planning
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to improve processes
High levels of integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time

What the job involves

CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will support 2-3 members of our senior executive team
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple time zones
Manage travel and expense report coordination & submission
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organization, and with other executive assistants on collaborative C-suite projects
Document writing & editing

Our take

Many cloud service providers can suffer from slow prediction speeds when they are used for data modeling. CoreWeave solves this problem with its specialized cloud service provider.

CoreWeave reduces prediction times and makes service requests faster and more efficient. This, in turn, cuts cloud costs considerably. This has proven to be a strong draw for many companies, with CoreWeave signing a lucrative partnership with GPU heavyweight NVIDIA as well as partnering with BitOoda, which has allowed it to expand its operations to the financial market.

However, in 2023 it closed three very significant rounds of funding (Series B and debt and secondary extensions), which is being invested into expanding its US-based data centers, opening two new ones in the coming year. The question remains whether, despite 2023's big investments in the sector, CoreWeave can maintain this momentum and whether generative AI's stock will continue to rise.
