Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years in recruiting or sourcing (agency or in‑house), with hands‑on experience in GTM (SDR/AE)
- Demonstrated ability to build TAMs and convert them into prioritized outreach plans and slates
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and Modern Loop; strong calendar/scheduling instincts and data hygiene
- Structured, metrics‑driven approach; strong written communication and stakeholder management with hiring leaders
What the job involves
- Glean is seeking a Sales Recruiter on a 6‑month contract to support high‑priority sales hiring
- You’ll build calibrated slates fast, partner closely with Sales leadership, and run a consistent, data‑driven process across sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience
- You’ll operate out of San Francisco or Palo Alto and align onsite cadence to team norms
- Run end‑to‑end sourcing‑to‑offer workflows for core sales roles, partnering with GTM recruiting and hiring leaders
- Build role‑specific TAMs (Total Addressable Markets) for Sales profiles; present insights on target companies, programs, schools (when relevant), and geo hot spots
- Execute hiring sprints end‑to‑end: events or interview days (as applicable), candidate communications, and offer coordination
- Source at pace using LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem projects, build diverse pipelines, and run structured screens aligned to calibrated profiles
- Maintain clean, timely data and stage movement in Greenhouse; leverage Modern Loop for efficient scheduling and self‑serve options
- Drive candidate experience: crisp comms, expectation setting, timely feedback, and thorough selling of the opportunity and team
- Share weekly pipeline health metrics and pass‑through rates; escalate risks early and propose concrete actions

Glean is an intuitive digital assistant which allows employees to search across all their apps and find the information and tools that they need more quickly.
With so many SaaS apps being used by modern day companies, overwhelm and inefficiency inevitably enter the equation. Glean’s search engine is proving popular for how it unifies and centralizes all these distributed tools and data.
It’s been quite a start to life at Glean, having emerged from stealth in 2021, it received a $1B valuation in early 2022, thus achieving unicorn status. Since then, the company has gone on to raise substantial funding and bring its valuation up to $7.2B in 2025. With this impressive growth, its secured some big name customers like Grammarly, databricks, and Rubrik.
That Glean was co-founded by a quartet with senior experience at Google, Microsoft, Uber, and Facebook stands the company in good stead. However, it’s the fact that its search engine is solving a new, but very real problem in the workplace that’s seen its popularity surge so quickly, which it’s likely to continue to do in the future. And its adaptability to include new AI capabilities to its platform, such as generative AI, has Glean well set to see further growth.
