Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on B2B performance marketing
- Strong and current knowledge of paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and one or more BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and how to interpret them across the prospect funnel
- Comfortable working with large datasets and distilling findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Cybersecurity is preferred but not required
What the job involves
- We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team
- This role will primarily focus on analyzing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing efforts across paid search, paid social, and display advertising channels
- You will work closely with our performance marketing team, campaigns team, and other analysts to provide actionable insights that improve campaign performance, increase ROI, and drive measurable growth
- Analyze and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and other performance platforms
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma
- Identify trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities through channel-level and cross-channel analysis
- Collaborate with channel managers and creative teams to A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Measure and communicate the incremental impact of paid media spend, including lift analyses, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution insights
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and CAC, and make recommendations to improve efficiency
- Assist in budget allocation decisions across channels based on performance data and business goals
