Who you are
- The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on driving efficiency and delivering impactful results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy. Experience working directly with sales leadership
- Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency
- A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods
- Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools
- Bonus: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a mortgage or financial services context

- We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, supporting the expansion of our mortgage vertical
- Collaborating closely with Revenue and Product leadership, this role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze large data sets, extract meaningful insights, and make actionable recommendations to fuel growth in our Sales organization
- The right candidate will not only be data-driven but also possess a deep understanding of business contexts to strategically influence channel and growth strategies
- You will play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory by identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and ensuring their successful execution
- This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our high-value account teams in meeting their revenue goal
- Strategy and Planning: Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes including target, quota setting and territory planning
- Process Optimization: Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning. Ensure scalable processes and systems are in place to support a growing mortgage sales team, including infrastructure and automation enhancements
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making
- Sales Forecasting: Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projection, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize the organization's sales initiatives
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Provide insights to optimize mortgage vertical performance by analyzing customer behavior, spending patterns, and identifying churn triggers
Our take
Checkr addresses the unpleasant and time consuming process of background checks so that companies using on-demand employees can make safer, more informed hiring decisions in less time. Background checks are a critical part of the hiring process, and CEO Daniel Yannisse noticed that they were painfully slow, resulting in loss of work for candidates and productivity downturns for employers.
Before Checkr entered the market in 2014 with its innovative AI technology and a solid $50m in venture capital funding, companies were waiting upwards of two weeks for their checks. Checkr substantially reduces this time frame and has grown to receive a $5 billion valuation.
Checkr has accelerated growth by making several highly advantageous acquisitions of competitor companies GoodHire and Inflection. As the world of work embraces diversity and inclusion, the company announced an end-to-end service for candidates wishing to expunge their criminal records, furthering the company’s ‘fair chance’ mission and clearing 1000s of candidates for free since 2021. New products launched at the end of 2023 include Checkr Pay (providing access to payment right after a shift) and Checkr Onboard (unified onboarding processes), exemplifying how Checkr is keeping pace with a rapidly changing, flexible, and mobile-first workforce.
