Who you are
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about improving processes that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Salesforce (prior exposure to Salesforce Admin tasks a plus)
- Familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems like DealHub (or similar tools) is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What the job involves
- As a CRM Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams by maintaining and configuring key systems such as Salesforce and DealHub (CPQ)
- You will work closely with Revenue Analysts and the Salesforce Technical Lead, who oversees Salesforce and its integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow across platforms
- This is an excellent opportunity for an individual early in their career to develop their skills in the tech and revenue operations space
- Salesforce Maintenance & Configuration:
- Assist in maintaining and configuring Salesforce to support the Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams' day-to-day operations
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and implement features
- Help set up users, profiles, permission sets, and access control to ensure the right data visibility across teams
- Support the automation of workflows, approvals, and other system configurations to streamline business processes, following the guidance of the Salesforce Technical Lead
- DealHub CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Support:
- Assist in configuring the DealHub CPQ application to ensure accurate quoting and pricing processes for the Sales team
- Maintain and update product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates to reflect changes in product offerings
- Work closely with the Sales team and the Salesforce Technical Lead to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to quote generation, pricing errors, or approval workflows
- Participate in testing new DealHub functionalities and ensure successful integration with Salesforce
- Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Revenue Operation Analysts; Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations
- Work with the Salesforce Technical Lead to identify areas for process improvement and streamline sales operations, quoting, and customer engagement
- Support training efforts by creating documentation and helping onboard team members on Salesforce and DealHub best practices
- Ad Hoc Support:
- Assist with ad hoc projects such as system upgrades, data migration, or new software integrations as the business grows, under the direction of the Salesforce Technical Lead
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of the Revenue Operations function

Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 400 companies develop new marketplaces to drive adoption of their products. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises including Best Buy Canada, Carrefour and Office Depot – as well as industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
