Who you are
- Our ideal candidate is an expert analyst with hands-on experience in marketing and familiarity with other department operations
- Suggested 8+ years of experience in business data analytics, consumer insights, marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, statistics, or other relevant fields
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments to support analysis of our cross-channel campaign programs, marketing and sales funnel, lifecycle nurture strategy, paid acquisition, etc
- Experience using enterprise marketing and data management apps such as Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Segment, etc
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite to turn data into insights
- Knowledge of data warehousing and programming languages such as BigQuery, Redshift, SQL, etc
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
- Attention to detail and flawless execution
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
What the job involves
- Articulate is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our exceptional team
- In this role, you’ll scope and define the data-driven strategy of our marketing portfolio to provide actionable reporting and insights
- You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing standards to identify, define, combine, structure, analyze, and report data to inform our marketing plans
- We’re eager for a curious storyteller to explore and measure our marketing efforts, including full-funnel performance, customer product usage, channel attribution, and sales outbound sequences
- You’ll also observe industry trends and manage marketing intelligence from third-party agencies to refine our strategies across mediums
- The role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and lead projects in collaboration with others from marketing, revenue, data, and more
- Lead the strategy and execution of analysis for integrated marketing campaigns, product adoption and usage, customer segmentations and journeys, funnel performance, channel and revenue attribution, sales outbound sequences, and more
- Run research initiatives with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder objectives, define business questions, identify goals and key performance indicators, and develop robust reporting with actionable recommendations to achieve improved results
- Manage partnerships within the marketing team on data-driven decisions to optimize go-to-market strategy by product, market, and segment
- Mature our organizations’ experimentation and use of data to maximize performance and make informed decisions on our roadmap, including developing effective A/B testing plans
- Drive the partnership with data engineers to identify best practices and opportunities to evolve data pipelines, workflows, and architecture that improve integrity and quality across the organization
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualization solutions that provide transparency of real-time results shared with execs, marketing leadership, and other stakeholders
- Partner with data scientists in building advanced analytical models to predict trends that inform how to refine marketing campaigns and targeting, drive customer engagement and sales, and more
- Contribute to developing the department budget and targets that support company-level goals
- Share learnings, best practices, and insights within marketing and across departments to build and improve data literacy, create a culture of continual learning, and foster collaboration
- Proactively communicate with peers and managers on plans, progress, and problems
