Engineering Manager, Rula

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical foundation in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working cross-functionally with Product and Design
