Who you are
- We are looking for someone with 3-5 years prior experience (preferably from a management consulting background), exceptional problem solving capabilities and attention to detail
- The ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the business is essential
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a transformation, business operations or growth type role where you’ve helped scale a business
- Experience in operational, process or organisational design and related change management activities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes at all levels right up to C-suite level
- Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to identify project risks, propose solutions and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive and adaptable approach, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- Reports to: Head of Transformation & Change
- ProblemShared is seeking a Transformation Manager to join our growing Transformation and Change team
- We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organisation growth, co-ordinating cross-functional change as well as identifying and driving efficiencies across the business
- Projects will be both business-wide & function specific, to help ProblemShared deliver against its ambitious 3-year strategy
- The right candidate will have the ability to both dive into the complexity and detail of operational running of the business, while still being able to clearly articulate strategic problems and solutions
- The position will report directly to the Head of Transformation and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially Product & Engineering
- Deliver strategic programmes of work that drive organisational efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction and value optimisation
- Support the delivery of strategic projects – working across the delivery lifecycle as needed, from strategy through to implementation
- Work with senior business stakeholders to define and document the scope and target outcomes of key projects to ensure alignment to overall business objectives
- Identify risks and issues associated with strategic projects and operations, suggesting appropriate mitigants and escalations where needed
- Design and facilitate workshops and working groups to elicit feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and optimisation of processes
- Work independently and with business leads to design recommended solutions (either operationally or technically) to any requirements identified
- Develop and maintain high-level project plans to provide status updates for the senior leadership team on key business initiatives
- Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments to help address any uncertainty or concern
