Who you are
- Major in Business Management or Human Resources
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy

- Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations
- Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025
- Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis
- Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our People Operations team
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our People Operations team to support the company-wide intern program, improve People Team processes, collaborate with HR functions to create documentation and participate in ad hoc HR projects
- Participate in creating an engaging internship experience across EverCommerce, including onboarding upcoming interns and designing initiatives to enhance their engagement
- Organize the final Intern project presentations with executive leaders
- Gather feedback from intern managers on performance and eligibility for hiring
- Provide input and recommendations on processes and improvements supporting People Operations and the employee experience
- Assist with other departmental initiatives and projects as assigned
