What the job involves
- As an Sales Development Representative Manager for the French Market at Amenitiz, you will be responsible for developing, training, and hiring a highly driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- This team serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in the overall success of the business
- With a strong background in consultative sales, you will identify coaching opportunities through call reviews and pipeline management, ensuring the continuous growth and success of the team
- Hire, Coach, and Lead: Build and manage a high-performing SDR team by recruiting top talent and providing continuous training on sales, product knowledge, and industry trends
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Head of [Department] to align the SDR team’s goals with broader business objectives and contribute to overall growth strategies
- Coaching and Performance Tracking: Conduct regular call reviews, provide actionable feedback, and track key performance metrics to drive improvement
- Motivation and Results: Foster a positive and motivated team environment, ensuring that individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize sales development processes, implement best practices, and use data-driven insights to enhance team productivity
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on product developments and ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge to engage in meaningful customer conversations
Our take
Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back of house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.
Streamlining all back of house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.
There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2022 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
