Who you are

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full cycle recruiting, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent
5+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter/sourcer within the tech industry
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc

What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to manage the recruitment process for both technical and non technical roles
Please note that a significant part of this role will require you to source passive candidates for San Francisco, New York, and London based positions
Work with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions
Negotiate offers and place candidates for non technical positions
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (you will be sourcing around 75% of the time.)
Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
