Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune
Experience with Windows 10/11 and device troubleshooting
Confident supporting office environments and end users on-site
Clear understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes

What the job involves

We’re looking for a hands-on 2nd Line Engineer to join our on-site IT team in Central London
You'll be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across the business, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and hardware troubleshooting
Provide 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 and Intune environments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Set up and support office equipment, including meeting room AV and connectivity
Manage joiners, movers, and leavers (onboarding/offboarding processes)
Support general IT operations and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate technical documentation and user records
