Chief Financial Officer, Vonage

• Experience leading or managing Finance personnel
• High level of analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
• Minimum of 8-10 years of Finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• The Chief Financial Officer provides executive leadership and oversight for the Finance function and will be responsible for implementing strategic practices, partnering closely with the CEO and Executive leadership team
• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax planning, financial reporting and compliance
• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that supports growth objectives
• Plan and implement corporate structure changes to ensure cost-efficient resource allocation and liquidity management
• Cultivate a planning culture through robust forecasting, budgeting, and extending the role of Finance & Accounting as a strategic business partner
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate and optimized funds to meet obligations and support operations
• Interact with investors and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, strategy, and prospects
• Oversee the development of financial strategies to support the organization's goals and ensure financial stability
• Provide risk advisory & assurance to manage financial risks as well as internal audit
• Manage Business Intelligence, analyzing financial insights, monitoring & measuring performance etc
• Lead or support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation and negotiation
• Manage and approve pricing strategies & deal negotiations
