• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling
• Experience analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure Gecko remains at the cutting edge of digital engagement
