• Carrot Fertility Inc. Is looking for a Billing Analyst to join our Accounting team that is organized and meticulous
• The Billing Analyst is responsible for managing the billing process, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices and financial transactions
• This role involves analyzing billing data, monitoring payments, and following up on overdue accounts to optimize cash flow
• The analyst will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
• The position will be part of a developing Accounting team, with an opportunity to build and improve processes with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• The Accounting team is fully remote and paperless, utilizing cloud-based software
• Carrot’s Accounting team is a strong, dedicated group with a focus on continuous improvement
• We are looking for a candidate to expand the Accounts Receivable function and support Carrot’s growth
