What the job involves
- As a UX Web Designer, you’re not just developing a flow
- You’re interested in the entire journey—from entry point to outcome—because you’re obsessed with reducing friction for our customers and building a solid brand along the way
- You utilize creative and technical design skills to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers across all digital channels
- As a member of the team, you’ll also build dynamic brand campaigns, market events around the globe, and create digital experiences all in support of the company’s mission
- Translate marketing objectives and campaign goals into intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion
- Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that balance UX best practices with visually compelling creative direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, developers, and performance marketers to ensure cohesive, conversion-optimized experiences across digital touchpoints
- Use data and insights from analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior to inform design decisions and iterate on existing projects
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across digital assets while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh, innovative solutions
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process while aligning with marketing strategies and business goals
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns from a UX perspective
- Ensure responsive, accessible design standards are applied across all digital deliverables
