Who you are

Experience in Customer Success, Client Support, or Account Management, ideally in a SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users with clarity and confidence
Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience using CRM tools and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
A background in financial services, wealth management, or compliance

Desirable

Understanding of KYC, AML, or regulatory environments

What the job involves

Act as the first point of contact for client queries and support requests
Deliver best-practice advice and training sessions to help clients maximise platform value
Proactively engage clients to drive adoption of key features
Support smooth onboarding journeys and long-term client satisfaction
Gather client feedback and work closely with our Product, Development and Sales teams to improve our services
Help build our knowledge base, training hub and FAQs for client self-service
