Who you are

Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with AI and video generation technologies is a plus

Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales productivity tools

What the job involves

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and communicate the value of Oxolo's AI video generation solutions
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the sales team
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Oxolo's offerings

Our take

The surge in AI-powered videos, capable of manipulating real people's speech or crafting synthetic personas, has sparked a robust demand for personalised and scalable video content. However, the intricate and labor-intensive nature of generating such videos at scale poses a significant challenge.

Enter Oxolo. Leveraging generative AI, it enables businesses to create tailored videos for employees based on various parameters such as management level, gender, and location. These videos can automatically assess their performance using A/B testing. If an employee loses interest in a video, Oxolo adapts and replaces it with a more engaging version.

This technology can of course also be applied to product videos, continually optimising their performance. As the market for video advertising and content creation tools continues to expand, Oxolo could be poised for significant growth, and a successful Series A funding round in 2023 shows this hasn't gone unnoticed.
