Go-To-Market Lead, Electric Twin

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales (5+ years) with experience driving GTM strategies and teams in early-stage startups. Track record of delivering and exceeding sales quotas
• Able to work closely with founders and transition over time from a founder-led sales process
• Strong skills in creating and executing comprehensive GTM strategies and sales plans aligned with company goals
• Demonstrated experience with methodical sales training frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sale) and the ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded deal cycles while effectively engaging diverse personas
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Familiarity with the tools and techniques of modern sales (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Loom, Cognism etc)
• Ability to design and build stage-appropriate processes and sales tech stacks to support growth
• Experience selling a leading-edge product, seeking incremental budget and educating prospects on the need for change and innovation
• Ability to articulate complex value propositions in intuitive pitches and product demonstrations
• Experience, ability and appetite to be an individual contributor, player coach and then sales leader as the company grows
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of other business functions including Customer Success, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product and others

• Your responsibilities will include building our customer acquisition playbook, defining our sales processes, and driving GTM excellence across Electric Twin. In the early stages, you won’t shy from rolling up your sleeves, working closely with our founders to build and close the sales pipeline, drive deals to expansion, and deliver value at the highest levels of major enterprises

• Ownership of sales process: Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success
• Ownership of sales and pipeline targets: Own sales and pipeline targets and work closely with our founders to deliver on revenue goals for 2025. Identify, target, and engage high-value prospects to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Build and manage relationships in large enterprises: Develop and execute a robust lead generation strategy, focusing on large enterprise opportunities in industries like media, FMCG, energy, and beyond
• Team leadership: build a talent pipeline and work with our team to recruit, hire and mentor early sales and marketing hires. Mentor our current commercially focused team to implement best-in-class sales practice
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech engineers to align efforts and drive customer value
• Customer Engagement: Build deep relationships with early customers, gathering feedback to inform product development and GTM adjustments. Serve as the voice of the customer in strategic discussions. In the early days, play a key role in customer onboarding, success and expansion - which would also make up a key part of commission

• 1. Intro call (30min): short call with our with Chief of Staff. We provide more information on the company, the team, and the talent we seek
• 2. Skill review and team interview (1 hour): session to understand candidate's experience, skills, and motivation. The interview aims to confirm that the candidate has the skills needed to match the role
• 3. Case-study presentation: Promising candidates proceed to a practical co-working assessment, for which more details will be released before the session
• 4. Cultural fit: Another team member will interview the most promising candidates and assess their fit against Electric Twin’s values. By the end of this stage, a candidate must have met both founders
• 5. Job Offer: Offer to selected candidates. This includes details about the role, salary, benefits, and other terms of employment
• 6. References: We see this as a key part of the hiring process with the goal being to understand how we can integrate their skillset most effectively and manage their development better
