Who you are
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting multiple executives
- Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgement
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to Sales department leaders in multiple geographic locations
- Responsibilities include: preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, managing executive calendars and schedules, coordinating both internal and external meetings, and other administrative functions as required
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to hold information in strict confidence, work well in a fast-paced environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Provides executive level administrative support for the SVP, Americas Sales and some of the leadership team
- Manages calendars and schedules through utilization of MS Outlook
- Plans and schedules meetings as needed including conference room/venue booking, travel arrangements, food and beverage ordering, and AV equipment coordination
- Arranges domestic and international travel with the ability to execute last minute changes, including developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, arranging lodging, and coordinating onsite and offsite meeting accommodations
- Processes expense reports and check requests as required
- Prepares presentations, emails, memos, and other written communication pieces
- Manages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Attend internal team meetings, note down and follow up on action items through completion
- Assist with building out PowerPoint presentations for internal calls and managing slide deck
- Proactively partner with cross functional teams, at all levels in the organization, with openness to lean in and learn
- Partner with other Executive and Administrative Assistants to create a harmonious support network for our leaders, amplifying their effectiveness
- Expeditiously completes these and other duties as assigned

Alteryx brings a suite of tools to automate data driven processes on a large scale, massively speeding up data based procedures. The system also uses AI to analyse data and provide insights to enable rapid decision making.
What Alteryx does differently from other data science tool developers is focus on the accessibility of its software, taking a low code/no code approach. This allows for greater collaboration between people with differing skill sets, speeding up processes for its users.
The business has made some strategic partnerships over time, most notably with Snowflake and Blue Prism. And with AI becoming more, Alteryx is projected to make major inroads in its market as more companies turn to automated solutions for data analysis.
