Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or similar roles
- You’re proficient in Asana, Jira, HubSpot, Microsoft
- You lead with curiosity, open to trying new tools that improve efficiency
- You have excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You’re a clear communicator and natural collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
What the job involves
- We're looking for a marketing operations manager with a bias towards project management and automation to manage, streamline and optimise the execution of our marketing campaigns, delivery against company goals and ensure we deliver more efficiently at scale
- If you have a passion for building and continuously optimising processes, love nothing more than software and automations and want to make an impact in one of Europe's fastest-growing cyber security businesses, then this is the job for you!
- Create detailed timelines with tasks and milestones for all marketing team campaigns, quarterly goals and projects
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of multiple marketing programmes, including campaigns, asset creation, translations, asset & website creation and reporting in a high-paced environment
- Proactively hold team members accountable for deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Set up campaign and content workflows, schedules, and automation using a mix of different tools to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing programmes on budget
- Continuously optimise internal processes, automation and ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency and quality output
- Support Partner Marketing, DemGen and RevOps activities such as campaign performance analysis, list management, lead scoring, HubSpot automation and reporting,
- Support VP Marketing in setting budgets, tracking spend and reporting on ROI with the finance team

Beyond its flagship cyber security and insurtech solution, the company also offers more tailored packages and industry-specific solutions, further widening its appeal.
It is this suitability for many industries that makes Eye Security stand out, and it has attracted substantial investment from the likes of JP Morgan. Interestingly, this will be used to consolidate its presence in European markets, rather than expanding into the likes of North America - where it would likely meet fierce competition from native companies.
