Who you are

You communicate effortlessly in German and English and are fluent in both
You bring 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on outbound sales
You enjoy getting to the bottom of customer needs and ask the right questions to truly understand them

Tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn are second nature to you.

What the job involves

Target group outreach: You research potential customers in the HR-tech and Recruiting space and actively reach out via email, phone, or LinkedIn to schedule meetings for our Activation team
Lead qualification: TYou identify whether a lead is the right fit – uncovering needs, pain points, and opportunities – and hand over qualified contacts to our Activation team
Collaborate to excel: You work closely with Marketing and Sales, contribute ideas for messaging, workflows, and tools, and continuously refine your outreach strategy
Structured working style: You carefully document your activities in HubSpot and keep a close eye on your metrics
