Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone who loves building dashboards, improving system utilization, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to make sure teams have the tools and data they need to execute
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics roles supporting a GTM team
- Strong HubSpot experience (CRM administration + reporting); bonus if you’ve managed integrations and workflows
- Advanced skills in reporting and analysis (HubSpot reporting, spreadsheets, and ideally BI tools like Looker/Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, pipeline stages, forecasting inputs, and GTM performance drivers
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail (especially around data quality and process)
- Strong communication skills — able to translate messy data into clear recommendations
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help power our go-to-market engine through clean reporting, strong CRM administration, and actionable insights
- You’ll report into the GTM Ops Leader and play a key role in HubSpot management, sales enablement support, and translating revenue data actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports across the full revenue funnel (lead → opportunity → closed won → retention)
- Produce recurring KPI reports for GTM leadership, including pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle time, win/loss trends, activity metrics, and forecasting inputs
- Analyze performance trends, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and clearly communicate insights to leadership
- Manage day-to-day HubSpot CRM administration, including objects, properties, pipelines, automations, permissions, and integrations
- Ensure data hygiene by enforcing required fields, validation rules, lifecycle stages, and clean handoffs between teams
- Optimize CRM usability and adoption through workflow improvements and simplified processes
- Monitor system usage and compliance, proactively addressing gaps and inefficiencies
- Partner with the GTM Ops Leader to drive strategic initiatives, including process improvements, segmentation, territory design, pipeline standards, and forecasting
- Help design scalable processes for lead routing, opportunity management, and handoffs across the revenue organization
- Support alignment and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing enablement by documenting CRM processes, playbooks, and “how-to” guides
- Train and support Sales and BDR teams on HubSpot workflows, reporting, and best practices
- Maintain and optimize sales tools, templates, sequences, and workflows to improve rep productivity
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and deep dives for leadership, covering cohort performance, attribution trends, rep performance patterns, deal velocity, churn signals, and more
- Recommend improvements to processes, systems, and reporting based on data and team feedback
- Promote a culture of data-driven execution and accountability across the GTM organization

Path Robotics combines computer vision, artificial intelligence and machine learning to create robots that can help fit and weld parts in factories. For example, its AF1 Welding Robot can pick, fit and weld small parts, continuously improving and adapting to factory conditions. This allows human workers to focus less on menial tasks in the construction line.
An important factor of the company's approach is the minimized need for oversight, thus freeing up workers for other jobs. Path Robotics' prescient solution to a critical problem has helped it raise massive amounts of funding to date, helping to solidify its position. It has also signed an R&D deal with the nation's largest shipbuilder, where its robots will help build US Navy vessels.
