Product Analyst, EQL

• Hands-on experience building, owning, and maintaining dashboards in Google Looker / Data Studio
• Strong SQL skills, comfortable working with complex queries, joins, and analytical logic in a modern data warehouse (BigQuery)
• Experience working as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a digital product environment
• Comfortable taking ownership of existing analytics and improving them over time, rather than starting from a blank slate
• Experience presenting insights clearly to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
• Confident working with ambiguous requirements and imperfect data
• Able to work closely with clinicians and other domain experts to understand and interpret data correctly

Desirable

• Taking ownership of our existing analytics dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring they remain accurate, trusted, and useful
• Being the primary point of contact for product, clinical, and operational data questions across the business
• Producing ad-hoc analysis to support fast decision-making and day-to-day operational needs
• Working closely with Product Managers, clinicians, and stakeholders to interpret data and present insights clearly
• Incrementally improving our BigQuery models and data quality over time, with a pragmatic, business-first mindset
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to evolve our analytics capability as the business scales, without over-engineering or unnecessary complexity
