Who you are
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of proven experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in a MarTech, SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content management systems, and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional writing, editing and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging and compelling content across multiple channels
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to delivery
- A creative mindset coupled with strategic thinking, able to generate innovative ideas for content and marketing materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience of working cross-functionally to support content needs across the business
What the job involves
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends and content gaps to ensure our content effectively reaches and resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate and interview team members to gather and compile expert content
- Manage the content lifecycle from ideation and creation through to distribution and performance analysis, optimising content for SEO and user engagement
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of materials and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches
- Carefully checking and correcting copy to ensure it meets our editorial standards and quality
- Continually review our published content to ensure it’s up-to-date with the latest news, trends and regulations
- Keep abreast of the latest market trends and regulations and use this information to plan our content
- Help us find and use the right keywords for our market. Use SEO tips to make our content perform better

Our take
Third-party cookies have long enabled enterprises to track the online activity of their users to deliver personalised ads and then measure the success of those campaigns. The practice has been very effective, but internet giants such as Apple's Safari and Mozilla's Firefox, have been on a quest to end its use over privacy concerns. SegmentStream is a marketing analytics company working to help enterprises thrive in a post-cookie era.
SegmentStream uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyse first-party user behaviour data and evaluate the incremental performance of each marketing channel and campaign, giving marketers probabilistic conversions demonstrating the contribution of each traffic source towards future sales. This probabilistic data, showing which channels and campaigns are working and which are not, can then be fed into ad platforms to automate ad optimization and make the analytics actionable.
Since starting up, the company has gained over a hundred customers in 14 countries, including KitchenAid, Nespresso, Kave Home, and Freshly Cosmetics. It grew by more than three times over 2021 while at the same time being operationally profitable. It plans to strengthen its go-to-market efforts, raise increased awareness about its product, and make the solution scalable and accessible to more clients by making the product as easy to use as possible from SMBs to big enterprises.
