Role
Who you are
- Ample experience working with marketplace companies, or growth stage technology first companies
- Proven experience in operations and strategy roles, with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is a must. Proven experience will be asked for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership, with the ability to tell and story and engage the audience
- Commitment to customer-centricity and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
What the job involves
- As the CS Strategy Manager, you will control the ideation and execution of strategies to enhance the overall customer service experience and drive customer satisfaction
- You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, implement product and tech driven solutions and ensure alignment with our overall organizational goals
- Efficiency, customer centricity and supporting topline revenue growth will be your key focus
- Your strategic vision, analytical mindset, and leadership abilities will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term customer loyalty among both our trade base and homeowners
